Beginnings of a pedal-cycle

Let’s begin with questions about a pedal-cycle that appeared before humankind knew about bicycles.
The earliest evidence of a bicycle-like contraption, which could be anything.
There’s a drawing made by a famous artist of the Renaissance, around the 15th century AD, showing the design of what looks like a modern kind of pedal-cycle. It’s just a sketch.
THREE QUESTIONS:
- Who made that drawing?
- What type of cycle is that?
- Is it fixed or freewheel?
BONUS QUESTION:
Which is the most false, forged and famous claim for the first invention of the bicycle?
- Artamanov
- Da Vinci
- De Sivrac
- Happy Dragon
- Stoke Poges

Is this a trick questions? Isn’t the Da Vinci/Caprotti sketch thought to have just been a hoax by Marinoni? That said, it looks fixed to me.
As for the bonus Q, I’d say that Da Vinci wins for most famous.
Though most false would be De Sivrac, since both invention and inventor would be false.
Who made that drawing?
not da vinci, as most professional bookish people now say. I guess Dan Brown, to set up a new “thriller”.
What type of cycle is that?
Early Saftey, I guess.
Is it fixed or freewheel?
Both gearing and steering look fixed.
Which is the most false, forged and famous claim for the first invention of the bicycle?
I’d have to go with Da Vinci, by far the most famous and forged-that’s 2 out of 3.
