Before there were Takhions, the CDTA BB produced several racing models.
Above is a track bike for sprint competition from 1959, designed by Boris Fursenko and Igor Sevruk.


A track bike from 1979, designed by Panyn and Vorontsov,
for individaul and team pursuit competition in the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games.


A track bike of 1982, made of carbon-fiber tubing (main frame, fork and stays),
in the same diameters as steel tubing, joined with aluminum lugs.


Special handlebars were developed, from 1983 to 1985,
not only for time trials, but also for massed start track events.
These were made in 1984, the following year officials banned them from group racing.


A series of track bikes, from 1988, designed for pursuit and omnium group racing.
