Here are bicycles we've recycled, assembled, installed, tuned, restored, or just looked at. We are proud to have seen some of the finest cycling machines in the world, and also some of the worst.

These bikes are not for sale here.
They belong to friends and customers.

Affinity track bicycle (2007) The new super hero in the city -- Cooper showed up on this thing.


Bianchi Pista track bicycle (2006) Fran from OZ cleans up with all white wheels, and his spacial-cut Brooks B17 saddle.


Bilenky S&S track bicycle (2007; Philadelphia) Reload Roland has a green bike if you didn't notice. Posing here in Taliah's studio.


Brooklyn Machine Works track bicycle (2007; Bklyn) Stu is our newest wrench at the shop. He's raised the bar with this matching frame and rim color.


Cinelli Vigorelli track bicycle (2008) Kissena track rider David should get some fun with this.


Corea Nagasawa track bicycle (2005; Korea) A Korean builder from school of Nagasawa. That's A+ No original picts before repaint, with optional road fork. Did I say white? The new black, thank you.

Shelby Flyer track bicycle (c.1935; USA) The Shelby Flyer is best known as a fancy cruiser, not a track bike. Pictures show it BEFORE and AFTER partial restoration.

Fixed-Gear & Single-Speed Bicycles


Dave #3 track bicycle (2004-Brooklyn) It was a great surprise to see the Dave #3, sold at birth, cracked and fixed by Chelsea Bikes, with straight-gauge Dillsberg steel, Cinelli lugs and Argentina BB shell, designed to be a work-horse, glad it's around.


EAI Bare Knuckle fixed-gear bicycle (2008; Italy) Sir John, tall, svelte, old-school cycliste, gets his perfect training-commute-race bike.


Early roadster bicycle (1930s? USA) This unknown make has a badge with a "T" and three stars. Equipped with wood rims, adjustable stem, center-pull hand brakes, and single-speed freewheel.


Fuji Absolute fixed-gear bicycle (1990s Japan) A commuter conversion with fancy handlebar wrap.


Schwinn Paramount fixed-gear bicycle (Chicago) Mordechai is a historian of track racing and rides for pleasure. He rode this enough for a full restoration by Waterford, with Robin's Egg Shell light-blue finish and original white decal set He chose practical, period-correct components, for subtle elegance.

Paisley road bicycle (1980s; Charlottesville, VA) Boris showed up with a custom 24-incher built by Scott Paisley.

Burley Harlow cross-city bicycle (2007) Stu got one of the last of the frames made by Burley.

Soma Smoothie ES road bicycle (2007) Repainted chocolate for Justin.

Rivendell Bleriot road touring bicycle (2008) Taliah's new "crapper schlepper" for load carrying and trailer hauling. Replacing the unlucky Miyata this is way better, with tire size 650B, a larger rack and more powerful brakes.

DKNY cruiser bicycle (2008) One of the bikes introduced by Donna Karan New York to promote cycling in the city during Fashion Week.


Egyptian bicycles (2008) Taliah and Dave went to Egypt: Cairo, Giza, Luxor & Aswan. We saw plenty of bikes for transport and delivery.

Rockfish road bicycle (1984; Charlottesville, VA) Boris was the co-designer of this brand. From the time when folks from BMX and road introduced a new form of cycling called Grand Prix or Formula 1.
